Crab Curry with Betel Leaves: A very spicy Phuket specialty! Turmeric crab curry served with vermicelli noodles. This is a dish not to be missed!

Haadyai Crispy Chicken & Spicy Som Tum: Fried chicken with turmeric-coconut cream sticky rice and a green papaya salad.

Kluay Leb Meu Nang Buad Chee: Original sweet banana from Chumporn Province in coconut syrup with pandanus aroma.
