Raising the bar higher, chef Thomas Jakobi's Modern Logical Cuisine showcases his latest innovations in the form of new, creative interpretations of a cuisine that has both visual and textural appeal. The taste and focus on fresh, wholesome, local ingredients are tantamount.
The wine program, created by our resident sommelier, has recently been granted the Wine Spectator Award of Excellence.
The wine concept is based on mainly indigenous Mediterranean grape varieties and focuses on organic and biodynamic wine producers. Unique wines from small wineries are paired daily with seasonal dishes.
