Introducing Chef Andrea Rossi
Chef Andrea Rossi joined Dusit Thani Laguna Phuket as Executive Sous Chef for its Italian restaurant, La Trattoria, in March 2017. His culinary journey has taken him through Italy, Australia, Denmark, Malaysia and Thailand, where he worked at the Four Seasons Resort, Chiang Mai. Rossi has a strong passion for great food accompanied with talent and a great personality to take the award-winning Italian Restaurant La Trattoria to greater heights.
