Miyasaki  A4 Wagyu Carpaccio

(Radish / tomato / spring onion / shishimi togarashi / yuzu ponzu)

4 Yakitori

Organic chicken / myoga / shiso oba / spring onion / teriyaki sauce / sake salt sauce

Kushikatsu

Oyster / shrimp / octopus / tarutaru sauce / katsu sauce / moshio

Sawaras Hiokoji  and  Yuzu

Steamed Spanish mackerel / seaweed / white asparagus /shitake / yuzu / dashi

Shoyu Ramen

House-made noodle / dashi / garlic soy sauce / braised pork belly / bamboo shoot / Japanese onion

Matcha

Kyoto matcha ice cream / cocoa crumble / pistachio / red bean

Of all the dishes we tasted, my favourites included the Miyasaki  A4 Wagyu Carpaccio very tender and full of outstanding flavour. The Shoyu Ramen was very authentic.

The beverage selection featuring Sukij Thipatima, Head Brewer & Co-Founder of Full Moon Brewworks offers a superb pairing menu.
