Guest Chef Series with Chef Peter Kuruvita at Banyan Tree
Three decades award-winning Australian Chef Peter Kuruvita comes to the Banyan Tree Phuket to present a Dilmah Tea inspired menu together with a live cooking show. The Sri Lankan tea will be used as a unique ingredient to create a taste of East meets West fusion cuisine. The five-course dinner menu will start with a Tuna Salad with smoky Dilmah Lapsang Souchong; a crispy Lamb Bacon glazed with Ceylon Cinnamon Spice Tea reduction; Dilmah Earl Grey Brown Butter glazed Chicken; the Grilled Organic Phuket Lobster accompanied with Dilmah Vanilla Tea; and Pineapple Upside Down Cake. The finale is a light Dilmah Spiced Chai Shortbread with a Ceylon Chai Sorbet.
Dinner at Tre restaurant on Saturday the 28th is priced at 3,000++ baht and at The Watercourt on the 29th at 2,800++ baht. Both dinners are inclusive of Dilmah Tea pairing.
