Enjoy an Ornellaia Wine Dinner at Mom Tri's Wok Pagoda that features a special menu with dishes complemented by Ornellaia wines.
Enjoy Champagne Taittinger Prestige Brut & Canapes followed by Andaman blue crab salad paired with Poggio Alle Gazze dell’Ornellaia 2014 and Red wine risotto with duck liver & mushrooms with Le Volte dell’Ornellaia 2015. The Seared scallops with Armoricaine sauce is paired with Le Serre Nuove dell’Ornellaia 2014 and Le Serre Nuove dell’Ornellaia 2015 and the Roasted beef tenderloin with Tuscany wine reduction with Ornellaia, Bolgheri 2014. Dessert is Crispy mango tatin tart, vanilla ice cream and Ornus dell’Ornellaia 2014. The meal finishes with Arabica coffee, fine tea and Petits Fours.
