Two large size Black Tiger prawns from the local market, around 100 gram each, pan seared and flamed with Thai gin "Grandma Jinn", seasoned with our special mix of Sin Tao salt from Chiang Rai, Mah Kwan wild pepper from the northern jungles of Mae Hong Son province and a concoction of Thai herbs. The prawns come with Thai herbs salad and sweet potatoes.
