Rock Salt's New Chef De Cuisine, David Attwater
We are delighted to introduce our new Chef De Cuisine at Rock Salt Restaurant, David Attwater, who brings 18 years of culinary experience to THE NAI HARN, including 8 years working in the United Arab Emirates at some of the finest 5-star hotels in the Middle East. Chef David’s last assignment saw him lead the culinary team at the New York Steakhouse in the Marriott Marquis in Doha. There he refined his skills around all things meat, and he has already introduced exquisite Tomahawks and other fine cuts such as Flank Steak and Rib Eye to the menu at Rock Salt. David describes his food as modern European with a touch of British flair and his exceptional dishes will certainly extend THE NAI HARN’s reputation Phuket’s top dining destination.
