On Saturday 24 Feb, The Boathouse Phuket featured Grand Chef Eddie Van Maele, renowned master chef from Belgium, with two Michelin star rated experience, and a leader of Europe's premier gastronomical society, The Prosper Montagné Club. The event was a sell-out! Congratulations to General Manager Max and his fine Boathouse team, and of course to Exec Chef Jonathan Bruell, for a superbly staged evening of culinary perfection.
